Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent fretting abrasion of a contact surface between a housing of a slide bearing structure and a bearing.
CONSTITUTION: In a slide bearing structure which has a housing (a connecting rod 10) and a bearing 3 and in which a coating layer 6 of a synthetic resin base is formed only on either one of a housing side surface of the bearing 3 and a bearing side surface of the housing 10, the composition of the coating layer 6 of the synthetic resin base is changed according to the distribution of a load. For example, a larg load part is formed of polyamide imide, and a small load part is formed of polyamide imide containing a solid lubricant such as polytetrafluoroethylene.
