PURPOSE: To efficiently prevent electrolyte leakage without largely changing a conventional construction by forming a metal chalate compound on a sealing interface between at least an anode terminal and a gasket.
CONSTITUTION: A strengthened sealing layer 4 comprising a metal chelate compound is formed on a sealing interface between at least an anode terminal 1 and a gasket 3, both open ends 1a, 2a are fit with the gasket 3 interposed, the open end 2a of a cathode terminal 2 is bent inward to compress continually the gasket 3. The strengthened sealing layer 4 comprising metal chelate compound formed by electrodeposition or anodic polarization is formed anlong the sealing interface between an outer side of the open end 1a of an anode terminal 1 and the gasket 3, and acts so as to strengthen mechanically and chemically the sealing interface.
