Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a photopolymerization type dental adhesive having excellent bond strength and strength, containing H-phenylglycine as a reducing agent, dl-camphorquinone as a photosensitizer. adhesion promoting monomer and a base monomer as main components. CONSTITUTION:A dental adhesive consisting of 0.3-0. 6wt.% H-phenylglycine as a reducing agent, 0.5-0.7wt.% dl-camphorquinone as a photosensitizer, 0.5-5.0wt.% adhesion promoting monomer (e.g., 4-methacryloxyethyltrimellitic acid) and 93-99wt.% base monomer (preferably triethylene glycol dimethacrylate). The adhesive does not particularly require a solvent but may optionally use a solvent such as ketone or alcohol solvent. when the adhesive is applied the teeth, the teeth are pretreated with EDTA3-2, etc., and coated with the adhesive, which is irradiated with light rays for 20-60seconds.
