Abstract:
PURPOSE:To shorten the time required to design a design object including plural constituent elements. CONSTITUTION:A 1st graphic of the constituent elements is generated by a 1st designing supporting device 1. The 1st graphic of the constituent elements, different in the state of designing, which is generated by the 1st designing supporting device 1 is used to generate a 2nd graphic of an object to be designed which includes the constituent elements by a 2nd design assisting device 11. The status information of the design of the 2nd graphic and its constituent elements is stored in the memory 18 of the 2nd designing supporting device 11. The status information is displayed on a display device 15. A designer can, therefore, easily know the status of the constituent element in which the graphic of the design object has been generated based on the shape of the constituent element so that designing and investigation of the design object can be performed in advance by using respective constituent elements whose final shape is not determined and the determined shape of the constituent element can easily be reflected on the designing. Therefore, the time required to design the design object including plural constituent elements can be shortened.
