Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reinforce the structural strength of pipes for threading, and to increase the controllability of hitting or receiving a ball, by taking advantage of the frame of a head, providing it with indentations to be applied for fixing pipes, and converting the tension of the gut into the resistance against the wall of the indentations of the frame. CONSTITUTION: In the head part of the racket body 10, the indentations 12 are fabricated on the face of the frame 11 in the direction of crossing the face. On the plastic injection-molded gut stretching set 20, two pieces of long musclelike and parallel shoulder parts 21 are configurated, and the pipes 22 for threading are incorporated on the inner surface of the cavity of the shoulder part 21 in parallel to the direction of the short axis. The connecting sections 23 that bridge two pieces of the pipes 22 on the shoulder parts 21 are arranged aslant in parallel, and a shallow groove is formed inward on the summit area of the connecting sections 23 along the long axial direction. When the gut stretching set 20 and the racket 10 are assembled, the gut 30 is pushed through the pipes 22, and is run through the other PSR along the shallow groove of the connecting section 23, whereby a stringed racket is formed.
