Abstract:
PURPOSE:To accomplish high speed scanning by providing a correction means which outputs the true emitted light quantity of a photometric point after making it satisfy a specified condition. CONSTITUTION:This digital X-ray device is provided with an X-ray radiographic part 1, an excitation light irradiation means 2, a fluorescence detection means 3 and a data processing part 4, and a correction means 5 is disposed, which outputs the true emitted light quantity Ki at the measuring point Pi as Ki=Si- Si-1 exp(-DELTAt/tau), supposing that an interval between the time Ti1 and the time Ti is a time DELTAt, the photometric quantities at the photometric points Pi-1 and Pi are Si-1 and Si, and the time when the stimulated luminous light of a stimulable phosphor is 1/e[(e) means the bottom of natural logarithm] is tauby performing photometry at the photometric point Pi at the time Ti and at the photometric point Pi-1, which is before the point Pi, at the time Ti-1. Thus, a value in which the effect of the stimulated luminous light at the photometric point before the photometric point which should be read is corrected is obtained and the scanning is speeded up.
