Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the vibration of a valve element from occurring and to obtain the stable control characteristics by supporting one end of a plunger with a sliding member coupled with a leaf spring slidably in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:A fluid control valve is constituted with a plunger 16 fitted with a valve element 18 facing a valve seat 3, a coil 12, and a york 7, and the valve element 18 is driven by the current flowing through the coil 7. One end of the plunger 16 screwed with a stepped support bar 17A having a sliding section is slidably supported in the axial direction by a sliding member 15B coupled with a leaf spring 15A. As the current flowing through the coil 12 is increased, the support bar 17A goes up by surpassing the downward friction force, etc. generated between the sliding section and the sliding member 15B. As the current is decreased, on the contrary, it goes down coping with the upward friction force. Therefore, even if the valve element 18 tends to vibrate under the influence of the fluid flow, etc. in a floating condition from the valve seat 3, above mentioned friction forces act as a vibration damping function.
