PURPOSE: To correct the shift in the vertical direction of a luminance signal and a chroma signal, by providing a path passing a high frequency component of the luminance signal in parallel with a path passing through a delay line and adding and mixing a delay processing signal and a high frequency processing signal so as to form the luminance signal.
CONSTITUTION: A reproduced luminance FM signal is inputted from an input terminal 1 and branched into the delay processing path and the high frequency processing path. This delay processing path consists of an ultrasonic wave glass delay line 2 and a demodulation circuit 3. On the other hand, the high frequency processing path consists of a demodulator 4 and an HPF5, a luminance FM signal is inputted in parallel with the delay processing path and after demodulation 4, the high frequency component of the luminance signal is extracted at the HPF5. The low frequency component processed for delay and the high frequency component processed for high frequency of the luminance signal are mixed 6 and outputted as the luminance signal processed for delay from an output terminal 7.
