PURPOSE: To smoothly, safely, and continuously make horizontal and vertical transport, for example carrying in materials such as segment into underground through a pit.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of parallel guide rails 10 are laid in continuity to a horizontal transport part 10A. and a vertical transport part 10B, and a transport frame 20 is suspendedly supported by the two guide rails 10 through one shaft. The guide rails 10 are provided with rack, and a pinion gear meshing with the rack is mounted on the drive shaft of the frame 20, and this is driven by a motor to generate movement of the frame 20 in the horizontal transport part 10A. A driving rope 30 operated by a winch is stretched over the vertical transport part 10B, and the rope 30 is set on pulleys 26a, 26b on the drive shaft with horizontal movement of the frame 20, and elevation and sink of the frame in the vertical transport part 10B is made with operation of the rope by the winch.
