PURPOSE: To impart priority or non-priority to starting timing over a display under operation by excluding a display block of natural starting from an object until completion of a present display, and adopting a display block of forced starting as an object with the present display being excluded.
CONSTITUTION: In a display control device 2, a CPU 10 being a display control means does not adopt a display block, whose starting mode is set as natural starting, until a display data being displayed on a display unit is finished in displaying, at the point of time reaching the starting time of display period. Accordingly, the display of the display data being displayed is not finished on the way. A display data whose starting mode is set as forced starting, is adopted as a display object by forcedly excluding the display of the display data being displayed, at the point of time when the starting time of display period is reached. Accordingly, the display data can be displayed at the appointed time.
