PURPOSE: To ensure the prevention of short circuit between tab leads and connector wires and to avoid the lateral deviation of a tab due to heat treatment, by branching the linking part between the tab leads and an outer frame, and making the branching width larger than the distance between the outer frame and the branching point.

CONSTITUTION: In a dam 3, the following parts are provided: an outer frame 2; a tab 5; tab leads 8 and 8' which are taken out of both sides of the tab 5; and a plurality of leads 4, which are extended from the vicinity of the tab 5 and are linked together in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the leads 4. The tab leads 8 and 8' and the dam 3 are linked with respect to the outer frame 2. One or more linking parts between the tab leads 8 and 8' and the outer frame 2 are branched. The branching width is made larger than the distance between the outer frame 2 and the branching point. In this constitution, when the temperature difference is yielded between the tab part 5 and tab leads 7 and the other parts, and when the tab part and the tab leads are going to expand by heat; the linking part between the tab leads and the outer frame is deformed and expansion strain is yielded. But the strain is absorbed by the presence of a through hole 9, and the tab is not floated in the upward direction.
