Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce manufacturing cost by moulding a material whose basic components are on-metallic minerals.
CONSTITUTION: A material whose basic components consist of non-metallic minerals is unglazed after supplying it into a mould and moulding a main body part 4 and a foundation part 5. A grave post 3 is formed by drying and baking the unglazed material after applying a desired glaze on the surface of the unglazed material. Additionally, an indication board 8 and a flower vase 14 are manufactured in the same way and are installed on the grave post 3 free to remove them. Consequently, it is possible to reduce manufacturing cost by way of mass-producing the grave post 3 without a trouble of forming a gravestone in a desired shape.
