PURPOSE: To prevent the breakage of a cleaning device and to clean an needle- like electrode without deforming by providing a plate-like electrode having plural projections and a cleaning member provided so as to relatively move with respect to an electrode and energizing the electrode from both surfaces.
CONSTITUTION: The needle-like electrode 2 is composed of projecting parts 2a and a plate part 2b and the diameters of rollers for cleaning 5a and 5b provided turnably around rotary shafts 6a and 6b respectively and the distance between the rotary shafts 6a and 6b are set so that the rollers 5a and 5b come into contact with each other, when they are not engaged with the needle-like electrode 2. Then, the rollers 5a and 5b hold not only the projecting part 2a of the needle-like electrode 2 but also a part of the plate part 2b between them. Therefore, the rollers 5a and 5b can obtain sufficient frictional force with respect to the needle-like electrode 2 and when the cleaning device 1 is manually moved in the direction of the arrow Hh by a user, the rollers 5a and 5b are driven-rotated to scrape the depositions of silicone, etc., from the surface of the needle-like electrode 2.
