PURPOSE: To prevent the revolution of the inner race of a bearing due to the bearing creep by using an adhesive filling the part between the outer surface of a cylindrical member and the inner peripheral surface of the inner race of the bearing.
CONSTITUTION: An outside drive type compressor is equipped with a cylindrical member 8 which is installed and fixed on the fixed part interlocked with a compression mechanism, bearing 7 installed on the outside of the cylindrical member 8, rotor 6 which is held so as to be revolved by the bearing 7, pulley 14 for transmitting the revolution transmitted by a belt fixed on the rotor 6, to the rotor 6, main shaft 10 interlocked with the compression mechanism, and an electromagnetic type clutch for transmitting the revolution of the rotor 6 to the main shaft 10. and the fitting part between the outer surface of the cylindrical member 8 and the inner race of the bearing 7 is fixed by an adhesive. Accordingly, the creep generated according to the magnitude of the load acting on the bearing 7 and the variation of the load direction can be prevented, and the reliability of the compressor can be improved.
