PURPOSE: To simplify a job for studding operations at the time of studding a wall material as an interior material to the wall of a building.

CONSTITUTION: Anchor bolts 3 are embedded in a wall W, and each position of holders 102 are adjusted by a nut. In addition, These holders 102 are engaged with a stud member 2 in use of each hole formed in this stud member 2. A wall material 5a is kept in a lower end of the stud member 2, and each fixed clip 6 supported on the stud member 2 is made contact with an upper end face of the wall material 5a. In this connection, this upper end face of the wall material 5a is formed with a projection strip and the lower end face is formed with a recess groove. Accordingly, if another wall material 5b is superposed on the wall material 5a, both these wall materials 5a and 5b come to a state of being engaged with each other owing to their jogs, and simultaneously the fixed clip 6 comes to be held between these wall materials 5a and 5b in consequence. Since this fixed clip 6 is supported by the stud member 2, both these wall materials 5a and 5b become studded to the stud member 2.
