PURPOSE: To prevent the diffusion of noise by covering at least part of a flush valve with a noise insulating area.
CONSTITUTION: A flush valve 13 and various piping for washing a urinal 9 after use such as connecting pipes 11, 12, a feed water pipe 15, a sewage water drain pipe 17, and a vent pipe 19 for preventing the sealing water shortage of a trap are enclosed in the casing 2 of a piping unit 1. A user after stool operates the flush valve 13 to feed wash water to the urinal 9. A fitting port is hung down from the bottom part of the flush valve 13 in order to connect it to the connecting pipe 12 and a supply pipe 14, and the surface of the fitting port is threaded. The fitting port is inserted through a hole bored in the horizontal part of an inverted L-shape fixed member 24. Noise insulating material 26 made of rubber is interposed between the fitting port and the fixed member 24, and the lower part of the flush valve 13 is covered with a noise insulating area.
