PURPOSE: To make a brake and its locking operation easy enough and strengthen the braking force and locking force by making a moving member get allowed by gripping a brake releasing lever on one side and also both braking and locking ovations of this moving member mechanically performable by unhanding the lever on the other.
CONSTITUTION: A brake 54 is made up of a foot part 54a and an almost sector part with this foot part 54a as the center. An outer circumferential surface 55a of a brake shoe 55 in this brake 54 is made so as to be lengthened gradually, insomuch that a radial from the center extends over outwards. This brake 54 is installed in a fixed brake case 50 shiftably so as to contact or separate to or from a movable body 49. In addition, a means 62 energizing the brake 54 to the side of the movable body 49 and a wire 60 drawing the brake to a direction of separating from the movable body 49 both are installed in this brake case 50, and then this wire 60 is connected to a brake releasing lever.
