Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore a sound facility such as a transmission line in a short time by specifying a fault point from the operation information of a ground-fault detecting sensor and the operation information of a protective relay device when a ground fault is generated in a gas insulated switchgear. SOLUTION: In this trouble-position sensor, distributed controllers 2, a supervisory remote controller 6, a supervisory controller 7 for the whole electric station, an operation supporter 8 and an automatic restoration device 9 are bonded by a network 10 for supervisory control, and equipment supervisory controllers 4, the supervisory remote controller 6, the operation supporter 8 and the automatic restoration device 9 are combined by a network 11 for installation diagnosis. Ground-fault sensors are mounted at every gas partition, and an operation output signal is connected to the equipment supervisory controllers 4. When an internal ground fault is generated, control commands 23 to each breaker and disconnector are relayed by the network 10 for supervisory control and the distributed controllers 2 from the automatic restoration device 9, and transmitted to each facility 1. Accordingly, fault location having high reliability is carried out, and a sound facility such as a transmission line can be restored in a short time.
