Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily manufacture hard money, a medal or the like by forming a large number of oblique recesses or a continuous bending groove on the outside edge of an inside metallic disk fitted to an annular metallic outside ring, and pressing the inside disk in the outside ring. CONSTITUTION: An annular outside ring 2 having a central hole is formed of first metal or first alloy. An inside disk 1 pressed in the central hole of the outside ring 2 is formed of second metal or second alloy. A large number of oblique recesses 5 or a continuous bending groove 5a are formed on the outside edge 4 of the inside disk 1. The inside disk 1 is pressed in the central hole of the outside ring 2. Therefore, a material flows in the recesses 5 and 5a, and money, a medal, a slot machine chip or the like can be easily manufactured.
