PURPOSE: To require only small driving force to achieve low cost, reduce noise to enable a storage to be employed for that under a floor panel in a house or on the back of a ceiling plate easily, collect drive parts just under an in/out port to facilitate maintenance and inspection, contain subject matters at equal distances from the in/out port, and perform carrying in/out work speedily.

CONSTITUTION: A subject matter 17 is carried down through an in/out port 8, and it is delivered onto a delivering device 16 on a turntable 14. The turntable 14 is rotated to put the delivering device 16 to face a desired empty containing part 12. The delivering device is actuated to deliver the subject matter 17 to the empty containing part 12, so a series of storage work is completed. The desired one 12 can also be taken onto a floor panel 6 out of the subject matters 12 radially contained on a rack by inverse actions, so a series of delivery work can be performed.
