PURPOSE: To improve a temperature characteristic by setting a supporting body fixing a piezoelectric board to be nearly an H-type and fixing the both end leg parts to a piezoelectric board-side and the side of the internal bottom of a container.

CONSTITUTION: In the piezoelectric vibrator provided with the piezoelectric board 1 executing thickness vibration, the thin container 6 storing the piezoelectric board and the supporting body 4 supporting one side of the piezoelectric board 1 and fixing the piezoelectric board at the internal bottom of the container 6, the piezoelectric board 1 vapor-deposited, an electrode 2 and an electrode lead 3 is fixed to the bottom of the container 6 through the supporting body 4. The fixing has a structure that the electrode lead part 3 is fixed by conductive adhesive 5. The form of the supporting body 4 is formed to an H-type and the both end leg parts are fixed to the piezoelectric board 3-side and the bottom side of the container 6. It is desirable that the material of the supporting body 4 is the same as the piezoelectric board 1. Thus, the influence of thermal expansion becomes less, and the variance of the temperature characteristic, equal resistance and capacity can be improved.
