Abstract:
PURPOSE:To realize a serial/parallel or a parallel/serial conversion FF with an integrated circuit of a few gate number and a small area by using a transfer gate in place of a selector gate. CONSTITUTION:The titled circuit is provided with inverters 1-6 and transfer gates 7-14. The serial/parallel conversion is applied by using a serial clock from a 1st control signal terminal 20 and the 1st control signal inverted terminal 21 so as to fetch a serial data from a serial input terminal 15 and using a serial/parallel control signal from a 3rd control signal terminal 24 and a 2nd control inverted signal terminal 25 to output the data to a parallel output terminal 18. The parallel/serial conversion is applied by using the control signal from a 2nd control signal terminal 22 and the 2nd control inverted signal terminal 23 so as to fetch the signal of the parallel input terminal 17 to fetch the signal from the parallel input terminal 17 and using the serial clock from the terminals 20, 21 to output the signal from the terminal 17 to a serial output terminal 16.
