Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a die for reduced pressure die casting, in which the vacuum degree there of can remarkably be improved by surely evacuating a cavity.
CONSTITUTION: In the die for reduced pressure die casting, the cavity 2 communicated with a sprue 3 is formed with the separable dies 1 and a reduced pressure channel 4 communicated with the cavity 2 is arranged at a mating surface in the dies 1, the other reduced pressure channel 5 surrounding the cavity 2 and the reduced pressure chnnel 4 is further arranged on the mating surface of the dies 1.
