PURPOSE: To almost simultaneously cut a large blank stock and a scrap stock, and a small blank stock punched from this scrap stock with respect to a stock in the course of one stroke of a metallic die.
CONSTITUTION: By bringing a slide 65 close to a bolster, a coil stock 19 is pinched, pressed and held by a holding member. Subsequently, a slit is formed along a part of a boundary line of a large blank stock part and a scrap part S, of the held coil stock 19. Next, by bending the slit, a flange part F is formed in the scrap stock S. Thereafter, trimming is executed to a remaining part of the boundary line of the coil stock 19, and detaching the scrap part S from the coil stock 19, a large blank stock is formed. Also, by cutting the scrap part S, a small blank stock is formed. These processes are executed in the course of one stroke of a metallic die 35.
