PURPOSE: To provide a housing type roof car by which an interior upper part condition can be changed to three conditions of close, targa top and open types.
CONSTITUTION: A rear canopy is formed as a rear canopy 5 composed of an integrated structure whose side surface shape is an almost U-shape like a side window is joined to a conventional almost plate-like rear canopy, and a rear canopy displacing means which is connected to this rear canopy and supports the rear canopy so as to swing and move vertically freely and a roof displacing means which is connected to a roof 4 and can displace the roof 4 freely into an open condition where the roof 4 is situated under a car body and a close condition where the roof is made to coincide with an upper line of the car body.
