PURPOSE: To simplify drawing out and cutting an adhesive tape and peeling off an interleaf, and improve accuracy of adhesive tape cutting dimension.

CONSTITUTION: This automatic cutting and feeding device is provided with a pressing roller 4 which makes an adhesive tape 2 delivered from a tape reel 3 adhere to the adhesive protruding part 12 of a rotating drum 1, a sensor 5 which detects whether the adhesive tape 2 exists on the adhesive protruding part 12 or not, a drive device 6 which is operated an stopped and a cutting device 7 which is operated according to a detected signal from the adhesive tape existence sensor 5. As the result, when the adhesive tape 2 is removed from the adhesive protruding part 12, the driving motor 6 is driven by a detected signal from the adhesive tape existence sensor 5 to rotate the rotating drum 1 by one pitch to stop the motor, and the cutting device 7 is operated to cut the adhesive tape 2. It is thus possible to simplify drawing out and cutting the adhesive tape 2, peeling off an interleaf 20, and improve accuracy by fixing the cutting dimension of the adhesive tape 2.
