PURPOSE: To facilitate the inspection and repair of the titled device and to enable the sensing of a temperature accurately even if a level of hot water varies, by improving the fixing method of a temperature sensing bar.
CONSTITUTION: The top of a heat pipe 10 is inserted into a hot water tank 11 joined with the top side of a heat collecting part 9. An opening 12 for inspection is formed on the upper part of the hot water tank 11 and an attachable and detachable lid 13 is provided over the opening 12. Inspection and repair of a temperature sensing bar 14 can be done easily by removing the lid 13 as the temperature sensing bar 14 is fixed to the lid 13. About average temperature of hot water extending from a level H1 of the hot water up to the depth of a sensor can be sensed, as the temperature sensing bar 14 is inserted slantwise into the hot water and a length l touching stored hot water becomes long.
