Title:
FIXING METHOD OF WOUND IRON CORE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5927511
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To not give any internal strain, lower the characteristic and any deformation to wound iron core by attaching an insulating spacer having the triangled sectiolnal view to the stepped part of wound iron core obtained by winding amorphous metal to a bobbin and then winding thereon an adhesive insulating tape and further winding thereon a thermosetting glass tape.

CONSTITUTION: After forming a wound iron core 10 by winding amorphous metal to a bobbin 9, an insulating spacer 11 is attached to the stepped part of linear part of such iron core 10. An adhesive insulating tape 12 is wound on this insulating spacer 11 and thereby it is surely fixed to the stepped part of wound iron core 11. Simultaneously, the wound iron core 10 itself if held integratingly, the bobbin 9 is removed and a thermosetting glass tape 13, to which an oil resistant epoxy resin having sufficient mechanical strength is impregnated, is wound on the insulating tape 12. Then, these are heated in the heating furnace and thereby the resin of glass tape 13 is hardened and thereby the wound iron core 10 is fixed. The insulating tape 12 temporarily holds the wound iron core 10 and fixes the insulating spacer and it also works as a cushion while the resin of glass tape 13 is hardened, with a certain contraction.
