Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a high-strength and uniform resin molded item whose properties would be less scattered, by placing a sheetlike substrate in a mold cavity, closing the molds, and injecting under pressure a resin composition that has been heated and melted to be uniform.
CONSTITUTION: One or more sheetlike substrates (e.g. glass cloths) are placed in a cavity 2 that is formed by molds 1, 1', the molds are closed, and a resin composition (e.g. phenolic resin composition or the like) that has been heated and melted to be uniform is injected under pressure via a sprue 4 by injection molding technique or the like to produce a resin molded item 5.
USE: Constituting parts of automobiles, etc.
