PURPOSE: To execute sure cleaning action even in a high humidity, by making a friction member slide-contacting with a fur cleaner brush conductive.

CONSTITUTION: A fur brush 21 has a fiber 21a such as rayon, etc. on its circumference, rotates in the direction as indicated with an arrow B, and wipes off a remaining toner on a slide-contacting photosensitive drum 3. The toner removed by the fur brush 21 is carried in the direction as indicated with an arrow C by an air flow generated by a suction fan 22, and is caught by a toner filter 23. Between a housing 24 and the fur brush, a metallic wind regulating plate 26 is provided and is grounded to the whole device. On the fur brush side of the wind regulating plate 26, an electric conductive teflon tape 28 is stuck, and slide- contacts with the fur brush 21. When the teflon tape 28 slide-contacts with the fur brush 21, the teflon tape and the fur brush are charged to minus and plus, respectively, and the toner having minus charge is attracted.
