PURPOSE: To provide a flexible joint capable of facilitating assembling work in a fitting site to the utmost, shortening a working time to improve workability, and moreover realizing high safety even in high-spot work.

CONSTITUTION: This joint is provided with a spacer 4, wherein a bending member 5 is fastened by a bolt-and-nut 23 arranged in a position where the diameter direction of the bending member 5 is opposite to one-end surface and a bending member 6 is fastened by a bolt-and-nut arranged in a position where the diameter direction of the bending member 6 is opposite to the other end surface; and a position, which is different from the position of the bolt-and-nut 23 with which the bending member 5 in one-end surface of the spacer is fastened and to which a diameter direction is opposite, is fastened with the opposite end surface of one-side hub 2 by a bolt-and-nut 25; and also the bending member 6 is engaged with the opposite end surface of the other side hub 3. Notched holes 16, having a size wherein the bolt-and-nut 23 can be inserted, are provided on positions corresponding to the bolt-and-nut 23 of both the hubs 2 and 3.
