Abstract:
The invention concerns a hair-fixing agent which contains, in alcoholic or aqueous/alcoholic solution, a combination of at least one 50-100 % neutralized amphoteric polymer and at least one non-ionic polymer. This agent has excellent hair-fixing properties, gives the hair good feel and shine characteristics, and is also easy to wash out.
