PURPOSE: To obtain a highly accurate scale, whose combination operating time is short, by providing a plurality of units each comprising two measuring hoppers, which alternately measure material to be measured; using one measured value from each of the two memory hoppers, which receive and store the material to be measured from each unit; and forming the combination.
CONSTITUTION: Two measuring hoppers, which alternately measure material to be measured, are made to form one unit, and a plurality of units of the measuring hoppers S1WS12 are provided. Memory hoppers M1WM12, which store the material to be measured in correspondence with the measuring hoppers S1WS12, are provided. The two hoppers form a unit. A unit of the measuring hoppers, e.g., S1 and S2, can feed the material to be measured to any of the memory hoppers M1 and M2 in the same unit. A pair of the measured values is used from each unit of the memory hoppers M1WM12 and combinations are formed. The combination of the weights close to a preset weight is selected out of the combinations. Thus the highly accurate combination scale, whose combination operating time is short, can be obtained.
