Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a rice-looking holographic head-up display which is close to the original display and less in image distortion. CONSTITUTION:Light emitted by a display image projection means 5 which contains the display irradiates a holographic combiner 2 mounted on the windshield glass 7 of the automobile through a proper display correcting means such as an aspherical surface lens 6 which cancels image distortion generated when a hologram is mounted on the windshield having curvature, and the light is reflected, so that the driver views a display image 4 at an observation position 1.
