Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make a head lamp sufficiently protectable from flying stones and dust or the like by installing a platelike head lamp cover, covering the front of the head lamp, in a cowling covering the front of a car body. CONSTITUTION:A head lamp cover 25 covering the front of a head lamp 22 is installed in a cowling 20 covering the front of a car body. With this cover 25, such a possibility that flying stones and dust or the like might collide with a lamp lens of the head lamp 22 during travel of a motorcycle is surely preventable. In addition, a cover surface of this head lamp cover 25 is formed into a smooth curved surface ranging from a tip 20a of the cowling 20 to a window screen 21. For this reason, an air flow is smoothly guided to the window screen 21 from the cowling tip 20a via this cover 25. In consequence, air resistance at the time of motorcycle traveling is well reducible.
