Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent scale from being adhered to a heat accumulating body by a method wherein a dust collector is installed at a position which is more near to a burner port than the heat accumulation body. CONSTITUTION:Discharged gas sucked into a burner main pipe 2 of which combustion is being stopped is cooled down to a temperature less than a melting point of dust contained in the discharged gas with high pressure water injected from an injection nozzle 4 of a cooling water header 3. Then, the discharged gas of which temperature is less than a melting point enters a dust collector 6, dust 9 in the discharged gas is caught and the caught dust 9 is accumulated at a dust reservoir 10. In turn, the discharged gas from which the dust 9 is removed enters a heat accumulator 7, its heat is taken by the heat accumulator 7, its temperature is made to be low and then the gas is discharged through a discharged gas duct 8. In this way, since the discharged gas passing trough the heat accumulator 7 contains only a small amount of dust 9, there is no possibility that the heat accumulator 7 is clogged with dust. With such an arrangement as above, it is possible to prevent the scale from being adhered to the heat accumulator 7.
