Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent position shift of a vacuum chamber before and after a backing process by making the vacuum chamber to restore to its original position naturally by elastic force of a flat spring after the baking process is completed and the temperature of the vacuum chamber reduces.
CONSTITUTION: Load of a vacuum chamber 5 is supported by a support post 20 and a flat spring 21 is elastically deformed when the vacuum chamber is thermally deformed so that the elastic force of the flat spring gives restoring force to the vacuum chamber. It is desirable to provide a joint mechanism between the flat spring 21 and the vacuum chamber 5 so as to restrain relative position shift between them.
