CONSTITUTION: Cloth 14 which exhibits thermal shrinkage at 170°C or lower is interposed in a backing layer 12 formed of thermoplastic resin composition to be laminated on a rear surface of a fiber front surface material 11 such as pile cloth, needle punched cloth, etc., and a peripheral edge of a rug 13 is regulated to be warped up toward a rear surface side of the rug 13 with thermal shrinkage stress generated in the cloth 14 exhibiting the thermal shrinkage in the step of heating in the case of laminating the layer 12.
