Abstract:
Max pressure plunger pump has delivery and intake valves coaxial to the pump cylinder and a sleeve which adjusts freely on the plunger and is supported on the plunger head end by an insert com-plete with valve seat and intake bores for the intake valve. The sleeve has a sliding bushing and the disc type intake valve has a spring loaded seal and bears on the insert fitted seat. The plunger (6) slide bushing (9) should extend to the sleeve (7) end facing the plunger head so its endface bears on the insert (12). A sealing sleeve (15) between the bushing and the flow channel limited by the insert overlaps the abutment between insert and sleeve (7).
