Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a highly weather-resistant solar battery module having an extremely high water transmission preventing function by forming a sealing resin for preventing water transmission by hardening a composition containing components A, B, and C as essential components. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous Si solar battery can be formed in a single cell or tandem cells when a transparent electrode 2, amorphous Si semiconductor 3, and metallic electrode 4 or the electrode 4, semiconductor 3, and electrode 2 are successively formed on a substrate 1. A composition containing (A) a hydrocarbon hardening agent containing two hydrosilyl groups in one molecule, (B) a polymer which contains one alkenyl group at its molecular end and a saturated hydrocarbon as the repetitive unit constituting its main chain, and (C) hydrosilylation catalyst as essential components is hardened. Therefore a highly weather resistance solar battery module which is excellent in workability during the course of a sealing resin applying and hardening processes and uses a sealing resin 5 having an extremely excellent water transmission preventing function can be obtained.
