Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate a load or a pressure loss at the time of extinguishing a fire without torsion or axially extending when a using pressure is applied to a hose, by applying a torsion corresponding to a torsion at the time of using of the hose at the time of molding of the hose. SOLUTION: A jacket 12 of the hose 11 is woven in a cylindrical state by picking wefts 14 to warps 13. A tube 15 molded in a cylindrical state by a thermoplastic elastomer is adhered to an inner surface of the jacket 12, and integrally adhered via an adhesive layer 16 of its outer surface to form a hose main body 17. An inner pressure is applied to the body 17 to apply a torsion corresponding to a torsion amount at the time of applying the using pressure and an elongation corresponding to an elongation amount in an axial direction to the completed hose 11, pressurized, heated, then cooled to preform it. At the time of using, even if a high inner pressure is applied to the hose 11, the hose 11 is not twisted or axially elongated, but held in a stable state. Thus, an operator's load by holding a water discharging nozzle by hand and a pressure loss due to torsion of the hose 11 can be alleviated.
