PURPOSE: To view and listen to a specific program by a specific viewer only, by storing a key signal added at the end of the specific program and descrambling a television signal based on the key signal.
CONSTITUTION: A signal received at a tuner 4 is recorded in a recorder and reproducer 5. A signal reproduced from the recorder and reproducer 5 is modulated at a vacant scrambling signal at a modulator 6 and inputted to a receiver 3. The scrambled signal from the recorder and reproducer is inputted to the receiver 3 via a decoder 2. The end of the scrambled signal is attached with a key signal for descrambling and the reproducing signal from the recording and reproducing device 5 is descrambled based on the key signal, by storing this key signal at the decoder 2.
