PURPOSE: To dissolve a problem in which carriers are rubbed on each other at carrying-out so as to generate coarse particulate due to abrasion, or bite-in due to the dead weight of an upper carrier is generated on the way of carryingout and supply the carriers at a cheap price and easily and surely.
CONSTITUTION: By constituting the carrier supply device so that the rotational motion of a motor is converted to the reciprocating motion, the reciprocating motion is transmitted in order of a pedestal, a separation part 3, and a carry-out part 4, and when the carrier of the lowermost end in a plurality of carriers received in multistage condition in a stocker 2 is taken out one by one, the pallets are carried out one by one so as not to contact with the remaining carrier thereon by the separation part 3, coarse particulate due to abrasion is not generated because of no direct contact between the carriers, and bite-in due to the dead weight of the carrier is eliminated. Further, the cost can be decreased because of a so-called tumbler falling mechanism constituted out of the carriers piled from the upside.
