PURPOSE: To use a breast pocket of a coat as a pocketchief and try to spread the pocketchief.

CONSTITUTION: In a breast pocket part 3, a box cloth 5 wound up with a core material 5a is sewed to a seam allowance 8a wound up with a core material 5b below an opening of a front 2. For example, each of front surfaces of a white front handkerchief cloth 4a and a rear handkerchief cloth 4b having a pattern such as a check pattern is overlapped, sewed together left and right and below of the overlapped part. Thus, the breast pocket part 3 representing a pocket-like appearance is made by sewing together the upper part of the front handkerchief cloth 4a with a seam allowance 8a and the upper end of the rear handkerchief cloth 4b with a seam allowance 8b in the upper part of an opening of the front 2.
