PURPOSE: To provide a remote monitoring device which is capable of promptly coping with the concentration of abnormal messages.
CONSTITUTION: In county monitoring center devices 2, 12 provided with display means, for instance, display operation devices 61 to 6n, 161 to 16n, for instance, display control devices 9, 19 provided with both of a recognition means recognizing the number of received abnormal messages and outputting an output signal when this number of abnormal messages exceeds a prescribed number, and a transmission means transmitting the abnormal messages to be displayed by the display means within the same county monitoring center devices 2, 12 to other county monitoring center devices are provided. Thus, the restoration to the normal state of a facility equipment can be promptly performed.
