Abstract:
PURPOSE:To minimize the effect of part of data ever if destroyed by adding a 1st control code to a head of each primary compression data, adding a 2nd control code to its end and recording a secondary compression data corresponding to the primary compression data after the 2nd control code. CONSTITUTION:A 1st control code SOP identifying each primary compression data is given to a head of each primary compression data (main data string) and a main data string and a secondary compression data interpolation data string corresponding to each other are arranged closely with a 2nd control code SOL inbetween. Even when part of a compression data is destroyed, the relation of correspondence between each main data string and each interpolation data string and to which block the primary compression data and the secondary compression data of them belong are identified as to blocks other than the destroyed block. Thus, even when the data is destroyed, the picture is restored except the block whose data in the picture has been destroyed.
