PURPOSE: To provide an image forming device which can form all the images of documents automatically on the area with no hole of a paper, by using a paper 6n which a hole is opened.

CONSTITUTION: An image forming device has a sensitizer drum 12 to convey the image data of a document to a copier; paper feeding cassettes 36 and 37 to house papers P; and a register roller 46 to convey again the papers P to the copier at a specific timing, as well as to regulate the positions of the one side ends of the papers P from the feeding cassettes 36 and 37 at the upstream side of the copier. On the upper surfaces of the feeding cassettes 36 and 37 the papers P pass, detector to detect the holes of the papers P are provided. When the detectors detect the holes of the papers P, the papers P whose positions are regulated by the register roller are supplied to the copier at a timing a little faster than the image data. Consequently, the image can be copied automatically on the area of a papers P other than the area of the hole.
