Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable the output to be stabilized by a method wherein a diode connected in parallel with a pyroelectric detecting element as well as a field effect transistor wherein a cathode of the diode is connected to a gate while the space between a drain and a source is impressed with a specific voltage are provided. CONSTITUTION:A drain of a junction type field effect transistor (J-FET) 3 is hung down by a positive power supply voltage VDD; a cathode of a diode 4 is connected to a gate; and one end of a negative resistor R3 is connected to a source. Besides, the diode 4 is connected in parallel or inverse parallel with a pyroelectric detecting element 5. Accordingly, the input impedance seen from the pyroelectric detecting element 5 to the gate side of the field effect transistor 3 is augmented. Through these procedures, the conventional resistor in high resistance value can be eliminated, thereby enabling the output to be stabilized.
