CONSTITUTION: In the coefficient renewal of the transversal filter 6 inputting a noise signal (u) and outputting a control signal (y), an addition signal r+ and a difference signal r between a reference signal r1 related to the minimization of the remaining noise and the reference signal r2 related to gain suppression are formed. Further, the addition signal e+ and the difference signal e- between an error signal e1 related to the minimization of the remaining noise and the error signal e, related to the gain suppression are formed, and a set of the addition signals r+, e+ and the set of the difference signals r-, e- are used alternately at every sampling, and the coefficient of the transversal filter 6 is updated by a coefficient renewal part.
