PURPOSE: To obtain a linear light without ripple and to prevent slippage of adhesion between a light source and a lens or the like and waste at the time of replacement.
CONSTITUTION: An optical guide plate 4' is formed by providing plural inverted quadrangular truncated pyramid shaped light guides 4b' whose upper part is spread to a lower part of a light translucent section 4a'. A light source section 8 with an LED mounted thereon is fitted to a lower end of each light guide section 4b' and a current is supplied to the light source section 8 through a wire pattern 9 provided on the front side of the optical guide plate 4'. The light source section 8 is fitted to the optical guide plate 4' in a structure of a connector. Since the light source section 8 is a structure of a connector is fitted to the optical guide plate 4' in which wiring is already formed, a deviation of position hardly takes place and only the light source section 8 is easily replaces. The light from the light source section 8 is collected while being reflected on a side face of the light guide section 4b' and outputted from an optical output face 42' at the upper face of the optical guide plate 4'.
